SHIPPING POLICY

Depending on the item selected, delivery times can frequently fluctuate. When you submit your order, you will be provided with a quotation for shipping and a delivery window. 

• If private courier services are unavailable in the destination area, we ship all orders via the Indian Postal Service's Speed Post.
• The time to ship displayed next to each product on our website is merely an estimate of the actual value. There may be instances in which delays occur as a result of unforeseen circumstances. Due to this, no refund, substitution, or exchange requests of any kind will be considered.
• Based on the Logistics Partners, delivery timeframes are estimated. Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays may not be deemed business days, depending on your location.
• Different item availability may necessitate the shipment of multiple items from a single order. Each package will have its own tracking number, which will be assigned according to the shipping agreements. 
• The product is shipped out for delivery within 48 hours of receiving the order at our warehouse.
• After being dispatched, domestic shipments typically arrive at their destination between 3 and 8 days later.

CANCELLATION

Orders that have not yet shipped may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Even though we would have delighted to have given you a new piece of ethnic fashion to wear, we will issue you a full refund and send you an email as proof. Please note that orders marked "Ready to Ship" cannot be revoked because they are shipped within 24 hours of placement.
