REFUND POLICY  

Even while we work hard to make every purchase you make with us a positive one, if you're not totally satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a full refund.  

Returns are only permitted, however, if the merchandise is sent back in resalable condition, with the tags still attached, in its original packaging, unwashed, and undamaged. By signing in to your Beingstyle Account, you can start the return procedure.  

RETURN CONDITIONS  

• Within 2 (two) days after receiving an item, it must be returned.  
• The item must be in superb condition and have all tags and receipts attached.  
• The item has not been used (other than to ensure fit).  
• The item shouldn't fall within the umbrella categories of socks, scents, or innerwear.  

REFUND CONDITIONS  

• After receiving the items at our warehouse, we will begin the reimbursement process.  
• Depending on your bank, it could take up to 5-7 business days for the refund amount for credit card, debit card, and net banking payments to show up in your Account.  
• The same payment method that was used to place the order will be utilized to complete the refund.  

EXCHANGE   

• The ultimate decision on the exchange will be made by the Beingstyle. Before purchasing, please read the policy.  
• We also want you to examine the size chart prior to making any purchases.                      
• Only exchanges made within two days of the delivery date are permitted. You may only swap one item per order.  
• Lingerie, undergarments, or party attire cannot be exchanged.  
• Both the price tags and the clothing should be in good condition.
